Autograph Art Delivery Policy
Because of the nature of our business, and the products we are shipping to our Customers, it’s imperative we take special care, and this is why we work with DPD Group, who we have found to be a very professional, efficient and reliable carrier. In General, there are two categories for delivery, which are what we consider to be a small package (Bag) and a large package (Box). The following guideline criteria have been determined by DPD, and this works for the majority of products we need to deliver to you. DPD offer us a fully tracked and signed for service, which protects our business, and that of our Customers.
Small Package – BAG – Cost £ 6.75
Up to 5 KG in weight, and approximate maximum dimensions of:
An indicator of what we could use a (BAG) for would be a Framed Boxing Glove, or a single Football Boot (Domed).
Large Package – BOX – Cost £ 9.95
Up to 30 KG in weight, and approximate maximum dimensions of: 1,000 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm
An indicator of what we could use a (BOX) for would be a Framed Football Shirt, or Football Boot or a pair of Boxing Gloves in a large Double Sized Dome
Unframed Photographs (mounted) – Cost £ 3.95
With items like these, where we do not require DPD Group given the size of the package, we will use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for service.
Each product will have the designated delivery charge fee at the point of payment for you select, or you can choose collect in store option.
In Store Collection
In Store collection is free of charge and available on all purchased items. However, we must insist that arrangements are made in advance, which we can confirm if you telephone us on 0161 371 8080 or contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Packaging – Free of Charge
We always ensure our products are well packaged, and we do not use cheap materials, as our memorabilia is quality which needs protection, so we ensure our packaging is up to the job. We do not charge extra for packaging, so your purchase price, and delivery will include packaging costs.
However, should you have a specific requirement for delivery and/or packaging of your purchase, you will need to discuss this with us at the point of order, so we can make sure any additional costs are agreed, and to ensure that we can meet your requirements.
At present, we have no dedicated facility to ship internationally, so are unable to offer details of pricing just now. However, we will be able to ship to most European Counties, and to The United States of America, but you will need to contact us on an individual basis for a quote. We will only ship to The UK, Europe or USA using tracked, signed for shipments.
Delivery and Time Schedule
In most cases, we aim to ship your product within 2-3 working days, but we ask that you allow 5 working days as a rule. There will be occasions where we are able to ship 1-2 days after an order is placed, and sometimes, we may require 3-4 days depending on the product. Because we frame in-house, sometimes during busy periods, we need a little longer so we do not compromise our commitment to quality. DPD will delivery your package to the address you supply us with at the point of placing your order. We ask that you take special care with these details, as Autograph Art cannot take responsibility for any errors made concerning your delivery address information.
Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns, and issue a full refund directly to the cardholder should your product be delivered to you in damaged state. Please ensure you check the package before you sign for it, as queries regarding damages cannot be addressed after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Any item damaged or required for return to Autograph Art, will need to be made aware to us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us on 0161 371 8080 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any return issue.
Please ensure that you quote your invoice number when liaising with us, to enable us to issue you with a Return Authorisation Number. We are unable to process any returns without this information.
